By continuing to review, complete, or sign a document through Signito, you agree that you have reviewed this Electronic Records and Signature Consent Disclosure and consent to:

  • Conducting business electronically.
  • Receiving documents, notices, disclosures, records, and related communications electronically.
  • Using electronic signatures instead of handwritten signatures.
  • Receiving completed documents and related signing records in electronic format.

Signito provides electronic document and signature services on behalf of the person, business, company, or organization sending the document to you. This person or organization is referred to in this disclosure as the "Document Sender."

You are not required to receive documents electronically or sign documents electronically. If you prefer to use paper documents, you may stop the electronic signing process and contact the Document Sender.

1. Consent to Electronic Documents and Signatures

By selecting an electronic consent checkbox, clicking a signing button, typing your name, drawing your signature, adopting a signature, uploading a signature, completing assigned fields, or otherwise completing a signing action through Signito, you agree that your electronic signature may be used in place of a handwritten signature where permitted by applicable law.

You also agree that electronic documents, notices, disclosures, signature requests, completed documents, audit records, and related communications may be provided to you electronically.

Your electronic signature may be attached to or associated with the document you are signing and may be included in the completed signed record.

2. Right to Use Paper Documents

You are not required to sign documents electronically.

If you do not want to sign electronically, you may stop the signing process and contact the Document Sender to request another method, such as paper documents.

The Document Sender is responsible for determining whether paper documents are available and whether any fees apply.

3. Paper Copies

You may request paper copies of documents from the Document Sender.

Signito may allow you to download or print documents available to you during or after the signing process. Completed documents may also be sent to you electronically, depending on how the Document Sender configured the signing workflow.

To request a paper copy, contact the Document Sender directly.

Use the subject line: Request Paper Copies

Include:

  • Full name.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number, if available.
  • Mailing address.
  • Document title, if known.

Any fees for paper copies are determined by the Document Sender.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive documents electronically or sign documents electronically at any time before completing the signing process.

To withdraw consent, stop the signing process and contact the Document Sender directly.

Use the subject line: Withdraw Electronic Consent

Include:

  • Full name.
  • Email address.
  • Date.
  • Phone number, if available.
  • Mailing address, if paper documents are requested.
  • Document title, if known.

Withdrawing consent may delay completion of the document or transaction.

If you later return to Signito and continue with the electronic signing process, you may be asked to consent again.

5. Scope of Consent

Your consent applies to the document or documents sent to you through Signito by the Document Sender.

This may include:

  • The document being reviewed or signed.
  • Related notices and disclosures.
  • Signature requests.
  • Reminder emails.
  • Completion confirmations.
  • Completed signed documents.
  • Completion certificates.
  • Audit trails and signing records.
  • Other communications related to the same signing workflow.

This consent may apply to a single document, a group of related documents, or a signing workflow initiated by the Document Sender.

6. Technical Requirements

To access, review, download, print, and sign documents electronically through Signito, you need:

  • Internet access.
  • A modern web browser that supports HTTPS, HTML, JavaScript, and cookies.
  • Access to the email address used by the Document Sender.
  • A device such as a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.
  • A screen large enough to read and review the document.
  • Software or browser support capable of opening PDF files.
  • Storage or printer access if you want to save or print copies.

By continuing, you confirm that you can access, view, download, and retain electronic documents provided through Signito.

7. Updating Contact Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the Document Sender has your correct contact information.

To update your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address, contact the Document Sender directly.

Use the subject line: Update Contact Information

Include:

  • Full name.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number, if available.
  • Mailing address, if paper copies are requested.
  • Document title, if known.

8. Completed Documents and Audit Details

When a document is completed through Signito, the completed record may include electronic signature details and audit-related information.

This may include:

  • Signer name.
  • Signer email address.
  • Document title.
  • Document status.
  • Document ID.
  • Signing timestamps.
  • IP address.
  • User agent or device information where available.
  • Field completion details.
  • Completion certificate.
  • Audit trail.
  • Signito platform reference.

These details may appear in the completed document, completion certificate, audit trail, or related signing record.

9. Your Responsibility Before Signing

Before signing electronically, you are responsible for reviewing the document carefully.

You should sign only if:

  • You can access and read the document.
  • Your name and email address are accurate.
  • You understand the document.
  • You agree to sign electronically.
  • You intend your electronic signature to have the same effect as a handwritten signature where permitted by applicable law.

If you have questions about the document, contact the Document Sender before signing.

10. Signito's Role

Signito provides the technology used to support electronic document review, completion, signing, delivery, and recordkeeping.

Signito is not a party to the document unless Signito is clearly identified as a party in the document itself.

Signito does not provide legal, tax, financial, compliance, or professional advice.

Signito does not determine whether a document is legally valid, enforceable, complete, or appropriate for your situation.

Questions about the document, the transaction, paper copies, withdrawal of consent, or signing authority should be directed to the Document Sender.
