Signito processes document information to provide the service, including document upload, field placement, signer routing, signing, completion records, audit history, and document delivery.

5. How We Use Information

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Authenticate users.
  • Provide document upload and signing workflows.
  • Send signing links and document notifications.
  • Guide signers through assigned fields.
  • Generate completed signed records.

With Senders and Signers

Document-related information may be shared between Senders and Signers as required to complete the signing workflow.

For example, a Sender may see signer names, email addresses, signing status, timestamps, and completed records.

  • Authentication.
  • Email delivery.
  • PDF processing.

If you are a Signer and your information was added by a Document Sender, you may need to contact the Document Sender for certain requests related to the document or transaction.

We may need to verify your identity before responding.

In some cases, access or correction may be limited by legal, security, privacy, or operational reasons.

For document-specific information controlled by a Document Sender, we may direct you to the Document Sender.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

These may include access controls, authentication, logging, encryption where appropriate, service monitoring, secure infrastructure, and internal access restrictions.

No internet-based service, email system, storage system, or digital workflow can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and limiting account access to authorized users.

15. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Signito may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

Signito does not use customer documents to train public AI models without clear permission.

Signito is not intended for children.

If changes are material, we may provide notice by email, in-app notice, website posting, or another reasonable method.

The updated Privacy Policy will become effective on the date stated at the top of the page.
