Signito provides the technology used to support the signing workflow. Signito does not create, review, approve, validate, or provide legal advice about the documents sent through the platform.
By using Signito to review, complete, or sign a document, you agree that electronic signatures and electronic records may be used in place of paper documents and handwritten signatures where permitted by applicable law.
A signing action may include selecting a checkbox, clicking a button, typing your name, drawing a signature, adopting a signature, completing assigned fields, or otherwise confirming your intent to sign through Signito.
You agree that your electronic signature may be associated with the document and may be included in the completed record.
Signito does not guarantee that a document or electronic signature will be valid, enforceable, or accepted in every situation. The legal effect of an electronic signature depends on the document type, jurisdiction, parties involved, applicable law, and surrounding facts.
Some signers may be asked to review and accept Signito's Electronic Records and Signature Consent Disclosure before signing.
That disclosure explains consent to electronic records, electronic signatures, paper copy rights, withdrawal of consent, technical requirements, and related signing process details.
If you are a Sender, you are responsible for determining whether additional disclosures, consents, notices, or paper alternatives are required for your specific transaction.
You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload, create, send, sign, or store through Signito.
By using Signito, you give us permission to host, process, transmit, display, store, generate, and deliver your documents and related information only as needed to provide and improve the service, support users, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and operate Signito.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, send, share, and sign any document or content through Signito.
You may not upload or send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, defamatory, abusive, invasive of privacy, or that violates another person's rights.
When a document is completed through Signito, the completed record may include information such as:

You are responsible for downloading, storing, and maintaining completed records where required for your business, legal, tax, regulatory, or operational needs.

Signito does not determine whether a document is legally valid, enforceable, complete, suitable, or appropriate for your use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signito disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and error-free operation.
